Never delivering on time

I am EXTREMELY ANGRY with the service of this company!!! This is the 5th time i have made use of this company and have been disappointed 3 times in a row. The last bunch of flowers to my niece was delivered 2 WEEKS LATE for her birthday!!!! Their attitude and helpfulness to assist me was non-existent. My recent order for my daughters birthday was placed on the 5th Jan 2016 to be delivered on the 8th January 2016 and SHE HAS STILL NOT RECEIVED IT!!! I also made use of Interflora to send my daughter flowers and they delivered on time on the 8th January 2016. I was testing to see if they had the same attitude and service ethics as Flora Queen and they out did them by far. I will be using Interflora from now on. The best part of this is that every time i placed an order with Flora Queen, IT WAS TO THE SAME ADDRESS and they couldnt even get that right!!!!
