RUINED MY WEDDING

I gave very clear instructions on what flowers I wanted for my wedding and they still supp**** BRIGHT NEON pink roses (instead of the LIGHT PASTEL pink I ordered) which clashed with my cake, brides**** dresses, wedding stationery - everything! Many of the flowers were also not fresh and quite wilted.

Just got my wedding photos back and I cringed when I looked at them. I have those photos now for the rest of my life.

I tried to phone the same day it was delivered (the day before my wedding) but there was no answer - I assume they were closed already.

I even drove around Joburg looking for light pink roses to try fix it myself but it was too short notice.

I planned this wedding for 2 years, saved like crazy and looked at hundreds of wedding arrangement photos before I chose what I wanted.

You can't simply change a bride's colour scheme - if they were struggling to find light pink - they should have phoned or emailed me. I would have said do all white roses only then - not replace it with a colour that clashes with everything!

How could they get a simple order so wrong? At the very least, they owe me an apology for ruining my wedding decor, but they have ignored my complaint.

This company should really think of the consequences of their actions - they should not do weddings if they are not equipped to do so or don't care enough to put in any effort whatsoever.
