Unimpressed

I placed an order for flowers for my girlfriend in the early hours of the Day to be exact it was @ 8 in Morning , Time now is 16:29 and she is hasn't received anything nor a phone call from the Guys as i have been calling them whole day , I am mad , Guttered and Disappointed in that Flower shop Based in Bank City downtown Johannesburg ... And i ask for now is my refund for a Job "Well Done"
