Poor management

Flora Shopping Centre in Roodepoort is sooooo sooo poorly managed wow! There’s no power backup! The parkings are crumbling! The lifts are getting wrecked by the day I hope no one ever gets to be stranded there! The toilets are extremely filthy, it’s very messy and it used to be a nice shopping centre
