Worst service experienced.

Stay clear of this company. I ordered flowers on Wednesday and were supposed to be delivered on a Thursday, called in the morning and they gave confirmation those flowers were going to be delivered. It is a Friday, no one cared to contact me at least to explain why those flowers were not delivered. I called this morning; the lady assisting was in such a hurry to hang up promising she will call me later. It is 3hrs since that call and I am still waiting.
