Worst florist in SA

Waste of money and appalling service. Ordered flowers, R1 145 for a funeral in Windhoek and they never delivered. After 7 days told me there was a problem with their suppliers fax machine and they will make sure the delivery happens yesterday and will throw some chocolates in, which is highly inappropriate! I asked to cancel the order and refund. They never rep**** and went on to deliver it 7 days late, without chocolate. I have made complaint but their only reply was to say sorry & now offer me complimentary flowers! I live in England, so I doubt that will ever materialise. What a waste of money!
