Worst floral company by far. Complete ignorance

The worst florist I’ve ever dealt with. On order for Valentine’s days was placed to be delivered ON VALENTINES DAY. this company did not deliver on the day. They probably were busy but why continue taking orders beyond your limitations. Their phone just rings unanswered. Their WhatsApp line is also unanswered. Worst of all they delivered a bunch full of daisies, something totally different to what was advertised. These ppl are in the wrong business.. they do not care. Worst of all my order arrived on the 15th , they dumped it at the gate with security. Not a phone call to apologise, maybe they were running away from me seeing what they’ve dropped off. Just disgusting 🤮
