Worse customer service ever

Its day three today haven't received any flowers and chocolate, they were supposed to be delivered on valentines day and they called and said they ran out of stock of the flowers that were ordered for so they will deliver them the next morning till today nothing, and been trying to call them they not answering and thier Whatsapp number isnt being answered, its strange how they were able to take the money knowing very well the flowers are out of stock very *****
