Wilted flora Niche- bad quality

Bought a large arrangement of their rosy posy bouquet on a Friday for my mom's birthday. The flowers delivered did not at all look like the advertised arrangement. The roses were half wilted and all snipped just under the buds. Not at all long stemmed as advertised. No baby's breathe as advertised. The arrangement looked like a quarter of what it actually cost. Do not purchase here, the call centre advised that they could not refund but would deliver a mixed bunch of mixed flowers on Monday as an apology. No indication of what would be in the mixed bunch. Definitely not worth trying. I would stick with woolies or netflorist as the call centre at net florist certainly sound like they don't care as long as they have your money. Not worth it.
