"White and Fresh"

I've received the bunch of flowers "White and Fresh" to the amount of R830.- , ordered online by my daughter from Switzerland 3 days ago. It didn't last 3 days! The stems of the flowers are soft and partly yellow, some of them fixed with tape and wires - the whole arrangement exists out of old flowers! I'm terribly disappointed and would by no means recommend and support their service! It is a shame to pay that amount of money for old flowers!
