Valentines' day order received the day after -15/2/2023, and Flowers looking cheap and ugly!!

We have bought flowers and chocolates from Flora Niche Centurion on Valentines day, same day delivery option, however, the order was only received the next day!! The flowers were SMALL roses, the arrangement of the flowers was very ugly nothing close to what is advertised on the website. It was appalling. I want a refund. who receives a valentine's day gift belated? After the order was confirmed, we called the whole afternoon all their different phone lines were busy, no responds on email. NO courtesy to confirm that there is a delay!!! They're very unprofessional.
