Unhappy Customer - Valentine's day late gift

My husband bought flowers & a teddybear for Valentines Day. The flowers arrived on the 15th late afternoon. The flowers looks dead and cheap ,the message in the card is half way and the card at the back is tipex out. I tried to make contact ,I've emailed sent what's app messages but no reply. My husband tried to surprise me on Valentines Day but look what I've got. I don't want these flowers and teddy. I want my husband money back. I have given you guys enough time to come back to me which you did not.
