Truly disappointed!!

I ordered two bouquets for funeral on 5 June 2021 on 2 June 2021. I was told on 3 June that flowers will only arrive on the 4th of June. On 4 June was told that they didn't receive lillies as ordered and would substitute with yellow roses. After eventually accepting the compromise, my flowers are still not delivered at almost 19h00 today and the funeral is tomorrow, 5 June 2021 . No one at Flora Niche is sresponding on the whatsapp number and I'm a customer that is truly let down. I will most certainly not be back for business ?
