This is a **** shop

I ordered and paid by credit card flowers on the 4th February for same day delivery. I sent a WhatsApp message on the 6th to check why delivery did not happen and there was no response until I placed a call. I was told the delivery address is remote (it is practically 7km from Baberton Town) they would only deliver on Monday the 7th. They did not deliver on Monday the 7th and are not picking my calls, I regret placing this order and they ruined my sister's birthday surprise. A very disappointing experience, cost me R975 and there are no flowers to show for it!!!!
