Terrible Service
I ordered, for delivery, a bunch of pink roses for my wife for Valentines day. This order cost me R1 500.00. I stipulated that I wanted the flowers delivered on Valentines day the 14th of February. They were delivered on Friday 11 February and I now know why. By the Monday, Valentines Day, they were already dying. We have phoned on numerous occasions, but just receive a message that they are experiencing high call volumes. We have also sent WhatsApp messages which have been read but not rep**** to. . The is now the second bad experience that I have had with Flora Niche. I certainly would not recommend them to anyone.
