Terrible service

My partner orded me flowers on the 13th for Valentines day. He ordered Carol Sunrise White and paid R780 plus delivery. On the 14th, there were no flowers delivered and that happened without any form of communication. On the 15th Feb I called them following up, they told me excuses and promise to deliver the same day. On the 15th they sent me wrong roses and when I tell them I do not want them because its what my partner ordered, they are refusing to take them back or refund us. The manager has the worst terrible attitude and lacks interpersonal s****s. Hello peter help us get our refund and it possible help the country by closing this florist down. The roses they delivered are worth R250 and they are disputing my complaint. I went through the reviews later, I realised how angry people are. They rip people off for the success of their business and unsatisfy their customers. I am soo ****ed, this is the worst service I have ever recieved!!!
