Stay away from Flora Niche - horrible customer service, reserves money on your credit card but never delivers.

If it were technically possible via this system to give this Flora Niche shop 0 starts, I would. TLDR; I placed an order on Monday 26/11 with the expectancy of same day delivery to my girlfriend. Nothing was delivered and not even the day after too.

1) I wrote to Flora Niche the day after (Tuesday) around 12:00 asking to confirm delivery. 2) Flora Niche CC's response was that the order was placed too late on Monday for same day delivery - no where on the website did it say that. The order was placed Monday at 14:00 leaving the business 3 hours to deliver the flowers but apparently they need a full day to deliver flowers. 3) I wrote them 1.5 hours before closing time on Tuesday for a status - no response by email. Called on all their phone numbers - they are not picking up phone. Arming myself patience, I would expect the company to deliver at least Tuesday 27/11 - but nothing was delivered.

Flora Niche CC is a company that does deliver what their website promises.

Conclusion: If you expect flowers to be delivered for a special occasion, find another florist. What a complete joke of a company Flora Niche CC is. Terrible customer service. Order size was R690.00 (50-60 USD)
