Spoiled birthday surprise

I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday. The website asks you to specify a delivery date. The date was ignored, and flowers were delivered the next day, completely spoiling the surprise I had planned for my mother's birthday. In addition, the flowers sent look nothing like those shown on the website. They look a lot cheaper. I wish I had checked hellopeter before using their service, it appears this company cannot get anything right. I strongly advise against using their services.
