Shocking service in a time of loss

My uncle died recently. It was a sudden and devastating loss for the family. Neither, my brother nor myself could get to the funeral and so we sent some flowers to our aunt with our deepest condolences. I’d looked online and found Flora Niche. My aunt specifically asked that the funeral be a celebration of my uncle and the colorful life that he lived, they asked that everyone wear bright clothing. Consequently I ordered flowers, to suit the occasion. However, what arrived, was paltry in comparison to what I had seen on the Internet. I had ordered a large, and it appeared that the company had instead delivered a small bunch of flowers, all pink. If this had been the birth of a baby girl, possibly I would’ve understood but no, this was a specific request. I wrote to Flora Niche asking what the problem was. And they have yet to return our mails; shocking service.
