**** service from Flora Niche

Very disappointed with Flora Niche's service. Ordered flowers on Tuesday and it's Saturday today, they are still yet to be delivered to my girlfriend. Yes, she does live in a remote area in Lothair however , before I placed the order I called you guys to double check if you were able to make the delivery to the said address and you advised that you can. No one bothers to update me unless I'm the one who calls you. This was the first and last time placing an order with you, your service leaves a lot to be desired. Very pathetic I'm disgusted to say the least.
