I placed an order with them to deliver flowers to a relative olundi for the 9th of December 2022, paid them R620 for both the flowers and delivery, however there was no delivery , no communication as to why my order was not delivered . Called them, they made up excuses as to why the order was not delivered and promised the order will be delivered Monday, 12 December 2022. They did not respond to any of my emails and their Instagram page is unattended. I am being ****med by this florist and not sure what I can do.
