RUDEST STAFF & ***** PAYMENT SECURITY

Shocking Service. ***** payment security & bad attitude !

Placed a large order for one delivery location. Paid on card, payment accepted. Then I start getting WhatsApp from an unknown number asking for copies of my ID, my security code on the card etc etc. I rep**** that I wasn’t comfortable sending this on WhatsApp. So they re sent me a payment link on email. I clicked on it and it says you have already paid. I screenshot this and send it to the WhatsApp number. They say okay now you must send us the documents. I rep**** that I was in the middle of work and couldn’t start scanning my card and I. THEN I get the RUDDEST voice note from an awful woman saying “you had time to place the order but you don’t have time to send me the document?!, it’s only one hour later!” I couldn’t believe my ears. I snapped right back and said it wasn’t up to her to tell me what I DID & DID NOT have time for, abs to cancel my order. I went back online and used Bloomable, flowers delivered within an hour, much cheaper for HUGE bouquets.
