My boyfriend ordered and paid for up to 50 roses and I only received 40 roses. When he called they had said that its difficult to get roses and we are welcome to take our business elsewhere if we are unhappy. I am very dissatisfied with the service and attitude of the staff. We paid for 50 and expect to get 50 roses. We will no longer support flora niche!!!

03 Sept 2020, 15:36We are terribly sorry about the way our staff treated you. This is unacceptable and will be dealt with. Roses are unfortunately incredibly difficult to get hold of at the moment as there is a shortage from the farms. We will find a way to make this up to you and will be in contact shortly.

07 Sept 2020, 17:55If it is difficult to get hold of roses during this time of the year then this should be communicated with the customer before the order is taken, if that is not possible then a shortfall of 10 roses can be compensated for in other ways like flowers, chocolates etc. Considering the price of this arrangement it indicates that Roses aren't cheap and we expect to get value for money.

08 Sept 2020, 14:19You are correct Rowena. This should have been compensated. Our website does state that the arrangement will include up to 50 roses and not exactly 50 roses, the number of roses depends on the size of the available roses.
