Poor experience

Not a great experience. We went online and searched long and hard for a Flower boutique that would deliver on Saturdays for our niece's birthday in Johannesburg. We finally selected a florist that didn't identify themselves 'Flora Niche' but Johannesburg Florist (https://www.johannesburg-florist.co.za/). It was only when the delivery confirmation arrived that we realised it had gone through Flora Niche. Who then did not deliver on the Saturday as promised, nor did they deliver until we phoned on the Monday to find out what had happened. We were put 'on hold' twice while the telephone operator argued loudly and unprofessionally with someone on another line... and then told us 'Oh dear, you see what happened is we selected someone who doesn't do deliveries on a Saturday'... this was never communicated with us, and in the order confirmation email no mention was made of this. Is Flora Niche an aggregator / broker site for florists and not a florist per se?
