Plettenberg Bay Flora Niche abysmal

Do not trust the Plettenberg Bay Flora Niche florist to deliver. I specifically asked that a 30th birthday arrangement be delivered to a friend's disabled daughter on her birthday. Nothing arrived. When I phoned the shop (Smartphone listing 'Blom en Blaar') the following morning, I was put on hold for the "florist" (I heard 2 other voices in the background, so not sure how many staff are employed) then was told that I would be phoned back as the "florist" wasn't answering her phone. Nobody phoned back in 30 minutes. I presume I'll get a call when they've thrown something together to deliver, a day late. But the disappointment and angst that they have caused a vulnerable young woman makes me absolutely furious, because that can't be undone. My suggestion is that Flora Niche finds an alternative supplier in Plettenberg Bay.
