Pay we will deliver

My Husband who is in Tanzania bought flowers on site Flora Niche for delivery to me in Pretoria for my Birthday the 20th Dec order no 255880<br> He was told delivery not a problem and that he should proceed and pay R955.00 odd rand . My husband knowing i am alone for the festive season and on my Birthday (20th Dec) thought he would surprise me with flowers as my garden was wiped out by a hail storm earlier this week. Wanting to cheer me up and make me feel special , Instead i have to sit here and write a complaint instead of sending my hubby texts of how stunning the surprise is and that my only birthday present was not delivered.No calls no messages from said supplier.When times are tough you would think that people would try to offer service.Obviously this company does not need business. All i want now is a full refund so that i can rather spend that money when my hubby comes home in January.
