Pathetic service from Flora Niche

I ordered flowers for my wife for mother's day. They accused her of not being at home Firstly, then admitted that they ran out of flowers. They made no attempt from their side to contact us and give us an explanation for the error. I was given an email address to have be refunded, which I have not yet been refunded or heard anything from them. It's pathetic service.
