Pathetic service from Flora Niche.

I placed an order of roses for my wife and was promised a delivery the next day and at 14h00 on the day of the delivery there was no feedback nor a delivery of the order placed. I decided to call to make an enquiry and was told the delivery would be before 16h00 only to receive a message at 15h00 that informed me that the florist did not have fresh flowers. Pathetic poor service that I never expected. My order number is 334489.
