Pathetic service and rudest owner

So my boyfriend ordered me a surprise for Valentines Day to be delivered to my work on the 14th. It is now 20:07 Tuesday evening and still no surprise...just a very upsetting phone call from the owner. She started yelling at me and giving me **** about the order. Telling me how my man is not the man a man and definitely not the man for me. And now she does not want to give our money back! I am opening a case of defamation against the company. Will never support them. Will also go to every platform possible with this. Phoning me to shout at me over the phone when I am only the person receiving the gift. Get your priority straight woman..
