Pathetic Service
Where does one begin.... this will be the first and LAST time that I will EVER use this so called company!!!! I ordered flowers yesterday to be delivered today for my wife for Nurses Day!!! Needless to say this has not transpired!!! I had to call you at 5pm today to find out if it was delivered and it was not!!!! Just pathetic that NOBODY, NOT EVEN THE SO CALLED SERVICE MANAGER could not even take responsibility for!! Own up to your mistakes and for your down right non existent customer service. I DEMAND that I be refunded in full!!! I await your reply!!
