Pathetic

I am very upset with the order and delivery today the 08 of November. Order no. 376096 I order 12 red roses in cellophane the roses are not in great condition they are wilt and looks like it was bought next to a robot in the street. It does resemble the picture but is definitely not worth R550 it would have been better to buy from Checkers.

As an added extra I order a pink handcrafted gin but what I got was a cheap Old Buck classic blush Gin worth R140 from any liquor store.

Added to this was supposed to be a card, But what we got was a handwriting note that looks like it was written by a 6 year old and it is definitely not professionally done. Is this the standard of products and services you deliver. I honestly do not think that this was worth the R1020 spend. I requested a refund the same day and the best feedback I received was that the order was delivered and they will follow up with accounts. It was my 13th wedding anniversary and the damage has been done. I have undergone a big operation and due to this I am stuck in bed all I wanted was to show my wife that even with me being on bedrest I can still surprise her with beautiful flowers and a nice Handcrafted Gin, thank her for all she does. But instead I was embarrassed with a pathetic attempt on your side with flowers that are almost dead, cheap gin and a school child written card.
