Order not delivered, terrible communication, want my refund!

I ordered flowers and chocolates on 13 February and the lady said no problem they will deliver on 14 February. Then yesterday afternoon I check at around 15h00 and they said its out for delivery. Nothing received. I sent them a whatsapp message saying they must still deliver to her home address yesterday but they read my messages but no response. I want my money back and you will still deliver my order. What is the point of delivering it now AFTER Valentines Day? Terrible communication and I am definitely not recommending this company to other people. I want my full refund!!
