No delivery, terrible service

I don't know why I didn't check on this company before ordering. Ordered flowers two days ago to be delivered today. Nothing delivered. I called, the lady picks up, starts talking but you her colleague. They continue talking with me listening and finally hanging up. Called earlier in the afternoon and they promised to check and call back. Nothing until now. So sad. Day ruined!
