NEVER USE - AWFUL SERVICE

NEVER USE - APAULING SERVICE Not even worthy of 1 star. They are obviously getting people to write false reviews. I spent over R1000 on flowers and chocolates for my grandmothers 90th birthday. They were NOT delivered on the day and so I had to follow up. I messaged the Mobile # since it was after 5pm, to find out where my order was. I have still not to this day, 4 days later had a response. When I got hold of the office the following day there was much confusion, no apology for the inconvenience or missing the requested delivery date what so ever. I had to call back after over an hr to find out if it was being sorted out and when I would get the flowers, and stating that I was experiencing very bad service, I got a whole lot of attitude back from the lady on the phone. Disgraceful!!! Their website is a hoax. Only good reviews but look anywhere else and you will see the truth.
