<p>I ordered flowers, chocolate and wine on Sunday to be delivered on Valentine's day in Sandton. Only the flowers were delivered. I paid in full for everything. Flora Niche promised to deliver today, no delivery took place and no communication was made by the business to me. The service is very poor especially since I have paid. Does this mean I lose my money for the undelivered wine and chocolates? The communication is also very poor, I found the email replying to my grievance very unprofessional for a business. </p>
