Flora Niche...Unprofessional, worst service ever.

Ordered flowers on 14 Feb 2023 to be delivered on 16 Feb 2023 for my Mom in Laws' birthday. The flowers were never delivered. Phoned landline and sent multiple WhatsApp messages to the number on the website ***) for 2days and messages were delivered with no response. Phoned again on 18th (3 days now) and phone was eventually answered only to be told they do not deliver to the area anymore (they delivered last year) and that they will send me a refund which will take 7 days to reflect back in my account. There was no courtesy to phone me let me know the flowers wont be delivered....Absolutely bad service, inconsiderate and they do not answer their phones or respond to WhatsApp messages which the automated voice refers you to.
