Flora Niche....NEVER again!!!

Misleading website. Don't get anything close to the picture which I ordered. Flowers visibly NOT FRESH. Arrangement done by in-experienced person. When I complained in wrinting to their so-called management ,one of the owners of the registered CC with CIPC, arrogantly made my complaint off as "abusive" and told me she cannot refund me the R620 but offered a replacement bunch to be delivered. This is today 12 days later. Still NO flowers received to replace the previous joke of an arrangement. This business, INCLUDING the staff AND owners really DON'T know ANYTHING about service delivery or how to treat unhappy clients!! DO YOUR HOMEWORK if you ever want to order flowers over the internet. This business (I found out later) mostly have NEGATIVE reviews on Hello Peter and Facebook. And on top of that, their after-service is SO pathetic that they don't even reply to any of the reviews! People like this should NOT be in business!!
