FLORA NICHE - TERRIBLE SERVICE

I orderd a bouquet on Flora Niche online website on the 6th of September . Very easy to use.... I clicked on international delivery Zimbabwe. Selected the town being Marondera. Selected my choice of bouquet. Entered delivery address. Paid for the flowers online. Same day delivery. 2 days later the flowers were not delivered. No response from the florist other than an email confirming my order and invoice for the payment. After emailing them I got a response saying they were trying to contact the service provider. After numerous calls I find out the service provider is in Harare and does not deliver to Marondera!! The 87 year old in frail care recipient was contacted and told to arrange to collect her bouquet in Harare 2 hours away. ??? At no point did Flora Niche contact me the customer to advise me. Shoddy service!! Don't advertise charge and not deliver the service!! Company not doing their homework! !!!
