Flora Niche (Outlying area in South Africa) success story!

After ordering from Flora Niche (South Africa) I came to check out their reviews on hellopeter and that got me stressing out because almost all of the reviews were terrible.

My experience with them has been really great, let me explain:

I live in an outlying area (Knysna) and decided to buy my Mom flowers the day before her birthday (typical last minute dot com situation). On the day of delivery a Flora Niche representative called me and asked if I would mind if the flowers are delivered the day AFTER her birthday due to limited resources.

I didn't respond positively and the representative assured me she will make a plan. Within minutes she called back to inform me that she has outsourced the order to another company and I will receive flowers on the day.

They really went out of their way to make sure my mom got her flowers on her special day, and I felt that they sensed my dissapointment and truly went above and beyond to make me a happy chappy.

Will definitely recommend them based off of my experience.
