Flora niche disappointing service

Ordered flowers and a birthday balloon for my sister on the 12th of April for the 13th of April. I used this company because on their website they said nothing about the lockdown affecting their next day delivery guarantee. After making the payment, I received an email the next day saying that due to the lockdown they can only deliver the gifts after the 30th. On the 5th of May I had to make an international call to see if they had delivered the flowers. The woman on the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude. However after a few minutes she spoke to another woman assuring me that the flowers will be delivered the next day and asked me if I wanted to replace the birthday balloon with chocolates. I agreed and she cut the call on me. My sister had received the flowers with no Chocolates or balloon. I emailed them asking to explain why neither of it was delivered they apologized and said they will refund it to me international credit card. I rep**** immediately telling them not to refund because the amount refunded will be a lot lower now due to exchange rate and if they could just send her the balloon another day. Their accounts just rep**** they will refund the amount. I wrote them an email as to how disappointed I am with their service and they did not reply.
