False Advertising and BAD service

<p>I order flowers for delviery to Gobais - Namibia for my Mother in law's birthday, for same day delivery.</p> <p>Well the delivery never took place and i followed up with them, with an struggle they agreed to give me back my Money and do the reinburstment on the following Monday. it is almost an Month Later now and still nothing received back from them, i had to calll again today and just to be inform they never did the payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the worst services i have received from an Floral company, they do False advertising and dont keep to their adverts on there website and BAD service from the beginning to the end and struggling to the end.</p>
