FALSE ADVERTISING!

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday from Flore Niche one day in advance seeing that they advertise 'same day express delivery to any address in South Africa'. The day of my mom's birthday, a lady called and asked if they could deliver the next day, I of course said no because my mom's birthday was that day, the lady rep**** and said she will try to make the delivery on the same day. At about 4PM i haven't heard anything from my mom, i kept the flowers a surprise, so i phoned the lady and asked what is the progress of delivery. She said she was busy and will phone me back, she never did. My sister phoned her the second time and was informed that delivery will be done at 6PM. At 7PM my mom was phoned to make arrangements for delivery at 8PM! Finally my mom received the flowers, I was so disappointed when i saw the picture of 10 flimsy roses, it looked nothing like the picture displayed on their website. I would never recommend them to anyone, overpriced and lack of urgency, they also display false advertising!
