Excellent service and quality

I am truly surprised at the 1 * reviews. I have never had anything worse than 1at class service from them. Ordered flowers last night from London, well after they were closed and they were delivered this afternoon. Mother absolutely delighted with the arrangement, one that I have ordered before. Have yet to be disappointed by this company over a several year span. I use them regularly for my Mother's and Sister's birthdays, Mother's Day, Christmas and to thank her for her hospitality during by annual pilgrimage to Cape Town from the UK. As long as they keep up this level of service, I will continue to support them. Their "Dog Box" service is also a very useful reminder. Keep up the good work!
