EMPTY PROMISES & SHOCKING BUSINESS ETHICS

I have been hesitating to write this review with the sheer hope of a small thread of human decency from FLORA NICHE.... Well I'm only kidding myself it seems. I placed an online order in the early last week of April, paid in full R810-00. They were to be flowers and balloons celebrating my Mom's hard earned retirement. On the day of delivery I received an email that they could not deliver due public holiday-then why was that date available on their online calendar?!?!? Since then, I have sent so many email and whatsapp requests for the return of my R810-00 without ever the courtesy of their response and now they don't even answer my calls! FLORA "NICHE"'s staff, what a joke, none of you even understand the meaning of the word...
