Disappointing Valentine

<p>I was requested to order floweres in advancefor Valentines Day to avoid disappointment</p> <p>Order was placed and paid for a week in advance.</p> <p>NOTHING delivered.</p> <p>Numerous follow up calls and messages and all they can say is that they will investigate.</p> <p>I am hoping it will be resolveed in time for next years valentines day</p>
