Disappointing!!!

Was totally disappointed in the service provided by Flora Niche! The bouquet delivered was nothing like the one that was displayed on their website. This amounts to false advertising! It was the first time I had ordered from them and it will definitely be the last! I had even taken the larger order to ensure that there were plenty of flowers, but the bouquet delivered was shabby and the flowers looked wilted! They had not even responded to the email I had sent them, where I had included photos, complaining about the bouquet that was delivered. So disappointing for the recipient of the bouquet!
