Disappointed with Flora Niche's response to my disappointment in their service

I purchased a delivery of flowers from Flora Niche for my best friend whose mum passed away. The flower arrangement delivered looked nothing like the arrangement on the website. When I sent an email to Flora Niche expressing my disappointment they simply said "there is nothing wrong with this flowers" and used Covid as an excuse. While I appreciate that Covid has affected all our lives, Flora Niche should have advised that the flowers delivered would simply be a bunch of flowers rather than an arrangement of flowers. I am disappointed in Flora Niche.
