Disappointed

I specifically ordered the Ray of sunshine which is described as a "Radiant arrangement of yellow lilies". The arrangement received was orange lilies. What's with that????? I ordered this specifically because the dear soul that passed on wanted yellow flowers when she passed away. Do say I am absolutely disheartened is an understatement. Surely when you make these unilateral decisions to change things you should first check with the customer!!!!!!!!!!
