Be Careful of Flora Niche

I ordered 50 roses and a bottle of Sparkling Wine to be delivered in Sedgefield. Only 40 roses were delivered. I phoned one of their numerous numbers and was helped by a very rude and unprofessional lady. According to her the day is OVER ( at 15:00 ) and the can probably only deliver the wine the next day. It was ordered to be delivered together - a special occasion. And I paid for 50 roses not 40. Her comeback is it states "up to 50" - so, could you have delivered 1 rose and I must think it's ok? Don't use these clowns. Also watch out, they are linked to different websites - I went onto a local florist in the area's website but Flora Niche runs them.
