Bad service

<p>After ordering and paying R875 for a bunch of flowers, they confirmed delivery today, to them they confirmed same day delivery. This was after searching florists and picking them out of the many as the website said 24 hour service. This was meant to be a surprise for a 21st birthday, thank you niche for ruining that. I am disgusted by your service and will be taking this up with my lawyer. I expect a full refund and lawyer and bank charges.</p>
